Really enjoyed my really great stay during our vacation. The suite room was included with a good view and a comfortable couch. The decor here was very charming. The hotel was in a marvellous location just off `` Innere Neustadt '', the Christmas markets and railway across the road...

The staff were fairly friendly and the design was modern. the location in a natural area was magnificent and perfect. There were a market and a large supermarket nearby. There was a particularly good restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room is large with a shower, comfortable beds, as example. Its walk from the train station😃

The room on the upper floors was gorgeous and tidy. the hotel had good facilities like a mini-fridge-bar, an individual safe, and central heating. - the breakfast was sensational. - the check-in process was fast. - I took advantage of the on-site parking.

We liked the hotel, its fabulous rooms and food. You'll need 15 minutes to walk to Winzerstube "zum Rebstock" with nice drinks...

Living on a very noisy street.

The room was huge, clean and very confortable. Big en-suite bathroom. The morning buffet was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location (15 minutes from old city center).

Wifi access was not included in the room rate.

The location is very good, nearby the train station. The rooms are very nice, beds are good, and a lot of space. The people are very friendly and it has a nice atmosphere.

The hotel's location is fantastic, within a 10-15 minute walk from Neustadt Dresden's market hall. there is a wonderful restaurant, a market, and a large supermarket conveniently located nearby.

The room was very spacious. The breakfast featured a wide selection, and eggs were cooked to order. The hotel is very close to the Neustadt train station and even closer to the 4 and 9 tramlines into the historic center of Dresden. The historic center is only about a 10- minute walk from the hotel, but it was nice to have the tram option in the evening. A light was burned out, but it was fixed as soon as we alerted the Putzfrau.

We asked for a non-smoking room, but there had obviously been smoking in the room we were first given. We received a non-smoking room immediately when we requested a change.

Amazing location near Neustadt Bahnhof, impeccably clean and comfortable rooms, delightful breakfast, old-world opulence, helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
